The Little Costa Rica project is born from the same land that generates the coffee, the quetzales and the pure water of the rivers. The balance in the Zona de los Santos is almost a "sacred" agreement between neighbours and entrepreneurs, who value what they have and what it generates for them. For this reason, the Little Costa Rica initiative strengthens this ideal of sustainability, conservation and retribution to the environment.
Little Costa Rica not only contributes to the mitigation of greenhouse gases in a direct, safe and effective way, but also generates jobs related to ecological and adventure tourism. In this regard, Little Costa Rica allocates 2,578m2 of its total 53,678m2 for the construction of trails, viewpoints and security facilities. The idea is to promote ecotourism in a rural area through activities such as hiking, bird watching, adventure, etc.
In short, we are creating a "little Costa Rica 100% protected" that encourages those who seek to preserve the forest, limit the generation of greenhouse gases, and at the same time enjoy nature in all its splendour.
